Spring

Spring in Arizona is a beautiful time of year and a great time to visit. This year Tye, Mason, and I had the pleasure of many visitors.

First Tye's parents visited.
Here we are at the park after some yummy dinner at Tia Rosa's

Next Carrie's family came to Phoenix for a family vacation. Here we are at Joe's Farm Grill for some delicious, but not so healthy food.

Finally, Cecily's family was in town visiting family. We were able to meet up for brunch at the Tempe Marriott.

Spring also means we get to play outside so, we took full advantage of the weather.

For Tye's birthday Mason got a climber for the backyard.

We visited downtown

Went out for ice cream

and played at the park

Mason is becoming such a little boy so quickly. It was so cute to come into the room and find him calmly sitting in his chair reading a book.

At the beginning of March Mason started preschool. It was difficult at first but he has adjusted well. His vocabulary is now starting to take off and he is learning to play well with other kids.
Here he is on the first day of school. He is not happy about wearing his huge backpack.

I wish we could have been among your many visitors as well. I haven't been to AZ in way too long.

I didn't know Mase was on preschool. He looks so funny in his backpack

I love all the fun pictures! Mason is such a cute happy boy--he makes me smile every time I see his huge grin in pic.

We think we need to visit Phoenix way more often--such fun we had there with you!

So glad we got to see you (even if it was short and Mase wasn't feeling great).

Love the update and the pictures!

We had a great time visiting you! So glad the tomatoes and basil have flourished! And love Mason's happy smile--I am like Cecily, seeing it always makes me smile, too!
