Tye's parents came to visit us a couple of weeks ago. It was a warm weekend for October, but we had a good time. On Friday we went to dinner at Tia Rosa (picture above) and returned home for some lucky games of Canasta (lucky for the boys that is). On Saturday the boys had a very warm day of golf and the girls went shopping :).
This was Sherm & Bobbi's first visit to our new house and they really helped us with some decorating tips. Tye and I had a room of pictures that we weren't sure where to hang and they helped us figure out where to hang them. We also found some other great items at TJ Maxx and Target. We added some more nick/nacks to the top of the entertainment center, a long table to the main hallway, and after much deliberation rearraganged the guest bedroom -- all of which had amazing results. Our house really feels more comfortable now! I am so happy with the results.

We had a great time being with you and love your cute home. Despite the good luck of the boys at cards, it was still a great time together! We are looking forward to another trip down there.

I just keep missing Tia's more and more with each of your posts! But I don't miss the 90 degree weather in October...such a trade off...:) It will be fun to see you guys in a few weeks up here in the cold!
